Consultations and Services: Once a consultation or service (including chat, call, report, etc.) has commenced, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Unutilized Services: If you have purchased a service or package but have not yet utilized it, you may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

Subscription Services: Cancellations for subscription-based services may be made at any time before the next billing cycle. Access to the service will continue until the end of the current subscription period.

2. Refund Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive to ensure your satisfaction with all services. If you are dissatisfied with a consultation, please contact us within 48 hours of the service for a review. Depending on the circumstances, a partial or full refund may be offered.

Technical Issues: In the event of technical failures or interruptions during your session that prevent completion, we will offer either a rescheduled session or a refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

Refund Process: Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Services that have been provided, either fully or partially, are non-refundable.

Refund requests submitted more than 48 hours after service completion will not be considered.
